A common problem with an easy solution. It looks that IE7 doesn’t use properly the z-index so if you have something like this:

Internet Explorer 7 z-index bug

I have looked for this many times and always I forget to write it down. You can find many tutorial about vertical align an image with CSS and to be honest most of them used complex technics, so that’s why I am writting a blog post with this one. It’s quite easy and with two lines in your CSS you can achieve it.

If you found this error when running Sphinx indexer and your system is Windows, all you have to do is search for cmd.exe and open it as administrator and try again to rotate your indexes.
 If it doesn’t work you have to delete it and install it again:

Twitter, Facebook and Google+ are the places where the customer service department of every company must be, because it’s where the customers are right now.
 They used to be on your shop or they used to write to you by letter or email, now they tweet their ideas about your company, post comments on Facebook, write on Google+ and you have to be there to catch those ideas and thoughts. You have to see in real time what your public is thinking about you or your products, yes, in real time…
 A few years ago without Internet, a company was incomplete, then it was incomplete without a web and now you have to add Twitter, facebook, Google+ and Social Media…
 Times are changing, so you have two options, wait or change with it… it’s your choice or maybe not…

Hace más de un año que empecé mi proyecto personal junto con mi mujer, paravegetarianos.com, y desde entonces durante los días de la semana no he parado de programar y diseñar en el tren.
 La verdad es que ha sido una experiencia curiosa, ya que en los primeros días me di cuenta de la necesidad de tener conexión a la hora de escribir código, por eso tuve que utilizar algunas técnicas para superar esa primera barrera, como bajarme libros completos en formato PDF. Aparte utilizaba mucho los comentarios en código para cuando tenía que dejar cosas para hacerlas más tarde y sobretodo aprendí a dejar una tarea a mitad, o un CTRL+C, para que no se me pasara la estación.
 En el tren de ida agradecía los retrasos ya que me permitían avanzar, gracias RENFE.
 A partir de este fin de semana, dejaré de desarrollar en el tren, ya que después de este año continuo he decidido centrarme en otras cosas, como por ejemplo en la necesidades del usuario, en animar la conversación y en darles lo que me imagino que hace tiempo llevan buscando, alguien que desarrolle menos y escuche más.
 Volveré a la lectura, a ver películas y a disfrutar del tren de otra manera.

Programando voy, programando vengo

We hate them, but honestly I think we love some of them. I like following real people but not all the time, sometimes I prefer just information, information I can use and, to be honest, I don’t want anyone adding personal remarks, because many times I don’t share those remarks ideals and I prefer generate my own thoughts without being conditioned by them.I follow many twitter bots and I use a bot, but I am a person behind that bot, so here it’s better to talk about spammers and not bots. Twitter bots are just tools to facilitate tasks, such as follows or unfollows, welcome messages, lists, etc.At the end you always can unfollow, block or ignore, so don’t hate what sometimes can bring you information you might love.

Consenso de mínimos - 15demayo.info

La idea es muy simple y para todos aquellos que no nos podemos ir de acampada. A partir del día de hoy llevaré un lazo amarillo demostrando mi apoyo al movimiento del #15m #spanishrevolution. Hay que sacar la revolución de las acampadas, de las redes sociales y llevarlas a la calle.
 También valen cintas en el antebrazo con un Sol, etc. lo importante es que sea el color amarillo y que cuando la gente te pregunte que se entere de la razón del lazo, cinta, etc.
 ¿Por qué el color amarillo? pues porque el<a title="Lazos Azules" href="https://bit.ly/lazosazules"> azul</a> no gustó y según he leído en Twitter es el color del Sol y es donde se ha encontrado el epicentro de este levantamiento. Lo importante no es el color sino que lo hagamos juntos y en la misma dirección.
